- Once you have purchased your airplane, you place it on a management agreement with Palm Beach Flight Training for use by other pilots on an hourly basis.
- Backed with the proper documentation, this management agreement essentially puts you in the aircraft rental business, qualifying you for certain tax benefits and incentives not available to individual aircraft buyers.
